A request submitted through this website is a request for a quotation, not a confirmed reservation. A journey is confirmed only when we accept it in writing and state the agreed price, vehicle and timings.

We may decline a request where no chauffeur or suitable vehicle is available.

No fixed prices are published on this website. Every journey is quoted individually according to route, duration, vehicle and timing. The quoted price is the price payable, unless the service changes on the day at your request.

Additional waiting time, extra stops, extended distances or changes made during the journey may be charged in addition, and will be communicated to you where practical.

Please provide accurate pick-up details, contact numbers and passenger and luggage counts. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Passengers must wear seatbelts, may not smoke in the vehicle and must not carry illegal or dangerous items. Chauffeurs may end a journey where passenger behaviour is unsafe or unlawful.

Damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may be charged.

We will provide a professional chauffeur and a clean, properly insured vehicle at the agreed time. Where a vehicle becomes unavailable we will offer an alternative of an equivalent or higher standard where possible.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, strikes or flight disruption.

Items found in a vehicle are kept safely and returned to you where possible. We cannot accept responsibility for property left in a vehicle.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction over any dispute.
