What we store
Language preference: your choice of English or Portuguese is saved in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the same language next time.
Request summary: after you submit a request, a copy of the details you entered is held briefly in your browser's session storage so the confirmation page can display them. It is cleared when you close the tab.
Team sign-in: if you are a member of our team signing in to the private area, an authentication session is stored in your browser. This does not apply to ordinary visitors.
What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels, or website analytics tools on this site. We do not share browsing data with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and address suggestions in our forms are requested from Google Places by our server. Using these services means a request reaches Google, subject to Google's own terms.
Managing storage
You can clear this storage at any time from your browser settings. Clearing it only resets your language preference and any unsent request summary.
