Sultan Signature provides private chauffeur services in Lisbon and throughout Portugal. For any question about this policy, or to exercise your rights, write to contact@sultan-signature.com or call +351 91 808 74 94.

Through the quotation form: full name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, service type, pick-up address, destination, date and time, journey type, return date and time, number of passengers, number of luggage items, flight number, preferred vehicle and any special requests you choose to add.

Through the contact form: name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.

When you use the address suggestion field, the text you type is sent to Google Places from our server so that address suggestions can be returned. Do not enter information in these fields that you do not wish to share.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

To prepare and send you a quotation, to organise and deliver the journey you request, to contact you about that request, and to keep a record of the service for invoicing and accounting purposes.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

Requests submitted through this website are stored in our hosted database, accessible only to authorised members of our team. Notification emails about your request are sent through our transactional email provider to our own company inbox.

Address suggestions are provided by Google. Those requests are made from our server and are subject to Google's own privacy terms.

Enquiry and quotation records are kept for as long as necessary to answer you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.

You may ask for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of your data. Write to contact@sultan-signature.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
